Private Zipline Tours
Terms & Conditions
All participants must sign a Liability Release Waiver. Any participant under 18 must have the Liability Release Waiver signed by a parent or guardian. Click here to view and print the Liability Release Waiver.
Physical (weight & height) restrictions:
Due to the gravity-fed nature of the zipline course and for the safety of our guests, there are weight requirements. Participants need to weigh between 65 and 260 lbs. There may be an informal “weigh-in” at the zipline tour office.
Age Restrictions:
We recommend that kids be at least 8 years old for the Adventure Tower & Mid-Mountain Tour and 10 years old for the Top of the Mountain Tour for the fear factor.
Health Restrictions:
All participants on the zipline tours need to be relatively physically fit as there is some hiking, stair climbing and jumping. In the event of a weather evacuation, hiking could extend 1/2 mile. Tours will reach extreme heights. We do not recommend you participate if you are pregnant or have back, neck or heart issues. Please consult your doctor if you are unsure whether this activity is suitable for you.
Weather Cancellation Policy:
We will not cancel due to rain or snow. Mountain weather is subject to change quickly and can be volatile. We will make every effort to complete your tour as planned. However, we will temporarily suspend the tour, sometimes with very little notice, due to lightning, thunder or high winds at our discretion. If we cancel the tour, participants will be offered a rain check or a refund. If we delay the tour, the cancellation policy will apply.
All zipline tours are led by professionally trained guides.
Smoking is not allowed on the zipline tours.
A deposit of $200 is required at the time of booking. Participant reservations will not be processed without the deposit. Full payment is due two days before the trip date. The deposit will be applied to the tour or refunded within one business day of the trip date if the trip is not cancelled.
